Overview
Renovation projects depend on reliable existing-condition information. We convert Matterport scans, point clouds, existing CAD drawings, PDFs and field measurements into Revit models and as-built documentation that designers and contractors can work from.
The workflow moves from captured data, to a coordinated model, to drawings — so the existing building is documented in a form the whole project team can use.

Model: Revit Existing Conditions
The data is modeled in Revit at the agreed level of development, with existing phases set up for design.
Documentation: Drawings & As-Builts
Plans, sections and as-built sheets are produced from the model for design and construction teams.
We commonly work with Matterport deliverables, E57 and Autodesk ReCap (RCP/RCS) point clouds. Contact us if your data is in another format.
Yes. Existing PDFs, CAD files and field measurements can be used, and we will note any areas that need verification.
